Landsdale Central is a 1.1ha Commercial development adjoining a national Hardware retailer in Landsdale WA.

Blackmont undertook the subdivision of the site into four lots and constructed a 7Eleven Fuel Station
and Convenience Store, AJ’s Café and IMO Car Wash.

The remaining lots in excess of 6,000sqm were on sold prior to the completion of project in 2016.
